Events and News

Specialist workshops and networking events are essential core functions in bio-industry clusters around the world. The Institute for Innovation in Biotechnology is open to suggestions from the industry for short up-skilling workshops, and where possible will develop and offer such workshops to be made available to all interested parties. A series of Bioscience Enterprise Forums features brief presentations of industry leaders to update the community on recent developments in a setting of networking over drinks and nibbles. They are held at the SBS Reception Lounge, School of Biological Sciences, University of Auckland on selected Fridays 4:30-6:30pm. The Forums are open to industry and academic staff, and graduate students (registration is free).
